• ROX reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements
• Late payments may result in project delays, suspension, or termination

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, ROX shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of business, revenue, profits, or data
• Issues arising from third-party tools, platforms, or integrations

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose it without consent, except where required by applicable laws or legal authorities in the UAE.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• These terms are violated
• Payments are not fulfilled
• Misuse of services occurs

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
